Hello and thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
I’m so excited to be participating in the Canadian Paraplegic Association's Chair-Leader program this year. I’ll be spending my work day in a wheelchair, challenging myself to face accessibility issues head on - I expect it to be an incredible learning experience.
All funds raised go to the Canadian Paraplegic Association, which provides essential services like rehabilitation support and service co-ordination, community development, peer program and information services.

I’ve been with RBC for 22 years, holding various roles. Now, as Regional Vice President, Private Banking, I proudly lead the Private Banking team in Atlantic Canada.
At RBC, we make diversity and inclusion a priority. We have REACH, an employee resource group whose mission statement is “To eliminate the stereotypes and stigma associated with people with disabilities and to drive engagement and performance through awareness, education, coaching and accommodation.”
I hope the Chair-Leader experience will challenge me to address bias and examine larger issues around understanding of disability. I believe that the experience will help to open a broader conversation around diversity and inclusion. I’ve heard from my colleagues who have participated in past years that it is a truly eye opening experience that left an impact long after the day was over.
